Biography This is the website of YMAA Hungary.
YMAA (Yang's Martial Arts Assosiation) is an international organization, established by Grandmaster Dr Yang Jwing Ming. Headquarter in Boston, USA with schools worldwide, in 16 countries more, than 50 groups. Teaching Chikung, Tai Chi, White Crane and Long Fist Kungfu. Master Yang wrote a lot of books and translated ancient documents, until the last year He travelled around the world bring His teaching to the schools.
Now let me introduce our school!
YMAA Hungary exists since 1992, established by Mihly Vadas. He teached YMAA till 2003. My school starts in 1998 as a complementary goup, now we are the only one offitial YMAA school in Hungary.
My name is Gabriella Kovcs. I'm the school director. I practice Taiji since 1995. In my young ages I was a singer, than a taylor, sewd dresses for theaters and clubs. I practiced some kind of Chikung healing between 1990-1997. Since 1998 I teach Taiji, Chikung and Meditation.
My concept is to give personal experience of the principles of energie, lead the students to deep understanding and help them o build up their own Taiji.
